How are items priced?
Pricing on our website is inclusive of GST, Delivery and Pick Up (Bump In and Out Fees). However for delivery and pick up between 6:00pm and 7:00am there is a $70 surcharge. If you are after multiple items, we can create a package which is the most cost effective option.
Do I have to place a deposit?
Yes. We require 50% deposit to be paid within 5 days from the initial invoice issue date. Please ensure you read full terms and conditions, which can be found on our website.
Can I pick up the pieces myself?
Most of our smaller items are available for collection. Item collection/drop time must be arranged with us within a 7 day period of the event date. For these items, you can collect during the week and the item must be returned within a week after the event date.

If my venue is in the CBD or if there is limited access to parking or a loading dock what do I do?
Please do inform us of this. We do charge $100 for parking in certain area, dependent on the venue. If no information is provided to us about this, we reserve the right to cancel your booking or you are liable to pay this charge following your event.
